Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is staged for a leap in growth this next year, so we hope you are ready! Each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you rules, and share information. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building up this community.

Irrigation Water

Spring is upon us, and Pioneer irrigation will start supplying water to the different ditches April 12th, and the City of Caldwell will start turning on pump stations around April 15th. The community will begin turning on water in the common areas as soon as it is available. Homeowners will want to water by hand until water is available.

Parking

There have been some complaints already about parking. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking first, then the driveway (if you have one) and then lastly the street. Please don’t park in front of the mailboxes unless you are stopping to get your mail.

Clubhouse and Pool

We’re wrapping up security and touchups around the pool and clubhouse. We’ll be working to get everything open in May. Stay tuned for information on how to get your pool key and how to make a reservation in the coming weeks.

Home Improvements

Please make sure you get any exterior improvements approved prior to installation. The process is easy. Please fill out the ACC Request Form and return with a picture and site plan of your request. Once submitted you will receive a response by mail within 1-2 weeks.
