Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Fence Staining

There is some common area fence staining that will take place June 10-13, weather permitting. If you are interested in any services happening at your home, you can reach out to them direct at: Vanderhoof Brothers 208-606-8003.

Pool Opening

We are scheduled to open the pool on May 20th, weather permitting. We’re looking forward to the 2nd pool being ready shortly after that. If you don’t have a pool key, you can get one from the office during business hours. You’ll have to sign off on the rules in order to get a key.

New Website Access Portal

If you have not already registered on our new site, we hope you will soon. Brighton is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements.

Landscaping

Please make sure you are watering, mowing, weeding, edging, and trimming your landscaping on a regular basis.
