Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Pool Updates

We greatly appreciate all your patience. We’re working on final inspections and details at the second pool now. We’ll post an opening date as soon as we get signed off on everything.

The current pool is open until Labor Day, but if the weather is good, we’ll continue to keep it open later. We’ll send out and update in September as we watch the weather forecasts.

Events

We hope you were able to participate in the recent community events. We want to thank residents for stepping up to run these.

Fire Danger

It was reported that there were some kids trying to start fires in the neighborhood. While we don’t know the details of this, it’s not something we want happening in the community. Please make sure your children understand the dangers of fires.

Landscaping Maintenance

We greatly appreciate those of you that take great care of your lawns. Unfortunately, there are quite a few yards that need some work. We understand that life happens and hope to see some improvements. Many homes have landscaping beds that run from one house to another, almost shared. We need everyone to do their part in keeping them maintained to keep up the beautiful appearances of our community. It’s our first impression. The Association is working on this as well in areas where we’ve struggled with water or clocks or other issues. We have been re-seeding and fertilizing. We hope residents will do the same with their struggling areas. Now is the time to finish up landscaping improvements.

Parking Reminders

The garage in your home is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles.
