Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Arbor Commercial Dumpster

Numerous large moving boxes were found in the Arbor Commercial property’s dumpster.  The boxes had the address of an Arbor residential property. As the signs on the enclosure state “For Commercial Tenants Use Only”. The dumpster is not for residents to use.

Speeding

There have been reports of cars from outside the community using our streets as racetracks. If you see this, call the Nampa Police non-emergency dispatch at 208-465-2257. Please drive slowly in our neighborhood. We have many turns, paths, and bike lanes. Remind drivers to be careful and avoid distractions like cell phones while driving. Let’s stay safe!

Snow Removal

Snow is coming. Make sure you do not push snow from your sidewalks and driveways into the streets. Snow should go on your lawns, and if you are near a street drain, please be sure to keep it clear to avoid flooding.

Parking Reminders

The garage in your home is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles.

Holiday Office Hours

The Brighton offices will be closed on the following dates:

Christmas – Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th.

New Year’s – Wednesday, January 1st.
