Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions.
Pedestrian Walking Path
The walking path from Spruce Street to Midland Blvd. is meant only for people on foot. Please remember that no motorized vehicles are allowed on this path. New signs have been installed to remind everyone of this rule.
Assessment Reminder
Just a reminder that your bi-annual assessments must be received by January 31st to avoid any late fees. If you haven’t submitted your payment yet, you can easily do so online. Click the link provided to access the payment page and follow the instructions to complete your transaction.

Annual Disclosure
The Arbor Owners Association, Inc. is required by Idaho State Legislation actions 55-116 and 55-1507 to provide an annual statement of fees for the community. For more details, you can view the full disclosure online.
Event Volunteers
We need your help to organize a community Easter event! Volunteering is a great way to get involved and make new friends. Volunteers will help plan fun activities like egg hunts and games. If you are interested or want more information, contact Kristen Lyons via email or phone using the contact information below.
Holiday Decorations
Happy New Year! We hope your holiday season was joyful and festive. As the celebrations conclude, it’s time to pack away holiday decorations. Please remember that all outdoor lights and other decorations should be taken down by January 31st.
Snow Removal
When it snows, it’s important to clear sidewalks and driveways for safety. Don’t shovel snow into the street, as this can lead to flooding when the snow melts. Also, never block a fire hydrant, since firefighters need quick access in emergencies. Instead, pile snow on your lawn.
Parking Reminders
The garage in your home is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles.
