Pool Reminders

Please make sure children under 13 are accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. There’s been reports of children using the pools without supervision. Please also be courteous of others, and do not throw items from one side of the pool to the other to avoid accidental injuries. If there are any questions regarding rules, please refer to the posted signs and facility rules posted online, or contact management. Thank you for following the rules so we can all enjoy the pool!

Speeding

Please make sure the drivers in your home are taking the time to slow down in the community. There are lots of kids and neighbors walking and enjoying the common areas, and we’ve noticed more people speeding in around. Report speeding to the police non-emergency line 208-465-2257.

Events

Thank you to all those that joined us at the June event. It was great seeing familiar faces as well as meeting many new. We’d love to see more fun events taking place, but need some residents to volunteer to help with coordinating and being available during the event. If there are any residents willing to work on events, please reach out to Ann Marie at HOA@brightoncorp.com.

Landscaping

We know the summer is nearly half over already, and so many are busy with work and living, but please be sure to regularly mow, weed, edge, fertilize, water, and trim plants and trees appropriately. Landscaping is like a first impression. Help us to not let our community look like all others.
