Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is staged for a leap in growth this next year, so we hope you are ready! Each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you rules, and share information. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building up this community. |

Irrigation Water
It’s time to begin prepping for spring plantings, fertilizer, and starting sprinklers. Irrigation should become available around April 15-30th. We will send an updated newsletter as the date approaches and is narrowed down by the irrigation district. Please use your home water until water is available if you need it earlier. |

Pet Owners
Owning a pet is a large responsibility. Please be sure to leash and clean up after your pets at all times. Others should not have to clean up or pay for the common areas to be cleaned up after your pet. There have also been concerns raised about pets attacking children and other dogs through the open metal fences. Please do not let your pets roam free. |
