March 2025 Community Newsletter

April 1, 2025

Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions.

Updated Facility Rules Form

Pool season is around the corner!  In case you overlooked the USPS notification regarding the revised Facility Rules Form, please be advised that signing this document is mandatory to activate your access card for the upcoming pool season. For your convenience, an online submission option is available via the provided link. Prompt action is recommended.

Pet Reminder

When strolling with your furry companion, dogs must be leashed to prevent unwelcome interactions with others while adhering to leash laws. As responsible pet owners, it’s your responsibility to clean up after them.  Nobody wants to step on an unpleasant mess in the community’s common areas.

2025 Irrigation Season

The Pioneer Irrigation District will begin releasing water into canals the week of April 7th. Precise delivery timing hinges on the City of Caldwell, operators of the pump station. Historically, water has been accessible by mid-April. Residents will receive an email notification upon availability and can also monitor updates through the provided links.

Spring Lawn Tip

Spring is the optimal time to apply a pre-emergent herbicide to your lawn. This proactive measure prevents weeds from germinating for a weed-free lawn and ensures a healthier, more vibrant turf throughout the growing season.

Annual Meeting

Notice of the Annual Meeting was sent out via USPS last week.  The meeting will be held via Zoom on April 14th at 6:00 pm.  You can view the notice via the community website, link provided below.

Event Volunteers

We need your help to organize community events!  Volunteering is a great way to get involved and make new friends. Volunteers will help plan fun activities for all members of the community. If you are interested or want more information, contact Kristen Lyons via email or phone using the contact information below.

Parking Reminders

The garage in your home is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles.

If you’re interested in organizing an event for the community, please reach out to Kristen Lyons.
