Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is staged for a leap in growth this next year, so we hope you are ready! Each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you rules, and share information. Please reach out to Management should you have any questions. We are looking forward to working with you all in building up this community.
Pool Time
The pool is open and families are already enjoying the water. Due to requests from residents we have arranged for the pool to open for lap swimming only from 7am-8am. Please remember the rules you signed to have a pool key. They are posted at the pool and online. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older). Children between 13 and 17 years of age may not watch younger children. If you have not yet received a pool key, you may stop in the Brighton office at 2929 W. Navigator Dr. Suite 400, Meridian, ID 83642, Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm and Fri 8am-noon, and pick one up from the receptionist. Let’s all be courteous and this will be a great pool season for everyone!
Playground
The playground is getting lots of use, and we are looking to install benches for residents to have a place to sit. When using the playground, please help us keep it in tip-top shape by cleaning up trash, taking home toys brought to the playground, and by keeping all the bark in the playground area. This helps the playground stay safe for everyone to use.
We’ve received reports of kids taking garbage out of the construction bins and then leaving it around the community. Please help us keep kids off construction sites. We also need kids to respect the newly installed landscaping areas, by not riding their bikes through the grass or walking over the plants when installed. It’s important to have these conversations now, to avoid long term damage.
Pet Clean Up
Please be courteous and make sure you are cleaning up after your pet when you or a family member take them for walks. There are lots of signs that this is not happening all the time.
No Leasing
Arbor has restrictions on leasing. Please know that homes must be owner occupied, unless you provide sufficient evidence to the Board of an undue hardship. With this evidence, the Board may permit a lease in their discretion. |
