Happy Thanksgiving

Offices will be closed for Thanksgiving and the Friday following. We wish all residents a most wonderful holiday!

Vandalism

Unfortunately, there has been a lot of vandalism at the construction sites. Cameras have been put up, and those caught will be reported to the police and possibly prosecuted. There’s been thousands of dollars worth of damage. Please make sure your household knows that these construction sites are private property, and they should not be in them at all.

Daylight Savings

Don’t forget to set your clocks back an hour on Sunday for daylight savings.

Holiday Decorations

Please remember that holiday lights and decorations should go out no earlier than 30 days prior to the holiday in which they are intended and should be removed within 30 days following the holiday.

December Billing

Dues will be sent out December and are due in January. Please keep watch for mail next month.
