Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions.
Irrigation Shut-Off
Irrigation will be shut off for the season on October 7th. If you have any questions, reach out to the City of Caldwell.
Events
We hope you were able to participate in the recent community events. We want to thank residents for stepping up to run these.
Flags & Signs
Flags are limited to the display of two of the following types of flags:
- The current official flag of the United States of America
- The current official flag of the State of Idaho
- The POW/MIA flag
- An official or replica flag of any branch of the United States armed forces.
Signs – One standard sized yard sign, not to exceed six square feet during an election campaign for their candidate. Signs may not be placed more than 90 days prior to the election and must be removed 10 days following the election.
Political banners and flags are prohibited, as well as any signs containing vulgar wording or pictures. One standard sized For Sale sign is allowed. Signs must be placed in the front yard only and not cause any visual impediment in common areas. No other signs shall be permitted without approval in advance.
Common Area Use
Residents recently reported children had excavated holes in the common area swales near the pump house. The holes could have disrupted drainage from the retention beds, and had to be filled in by our landscapers. Please engage in conversations with your children regarding such activities.
Speeding
The persistent issue of speeding remains a concern within the community. Please be mindful of posted speed limits for your personal safety as well as for the welfare of our neighbors.
Exterior Lighting
As we head into fall, the days grow shorter, and it gets dark earlier. Homeowners are encouraged to make sure all exterior lights are on and working. This helps to keep our community visible and safe.
Parking Reminders
The garage in your home is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles.
Events
If you’re interested in organizing an event for the community, please reach out to Kristen Lyons.
